STEP 1: Design your 2 year growth plan
Through a series of frameworks and workshops, I gain a baseline picture of where your business stands and a diagnosis of your opportunities for growth.
From this I design a 1-page ‘Vision for Growth’, with 2-3 strategic objectives to aim for in the coming 24 months.
The output is an actionable and measurable growth plan to align the business around; a mix of quick-win tactics, and longer-term strategy. All aligned to your company vision.
STEP 2: Guide your team to activate the plan
Putting the growth plan in action requires dedication, energy and motivation. I coach and motivate your internal growth team around implementation of the plan.
Weekly.
Driving forward an always-on cadence of progress towards achieving your objectives.
Super-short weekly progress meetings keep momentum and dialogue alive.
Quarterly.
Delivery of a progress report on value gained each quarter.
Realignment and resetting of goals to ensure continued stickiness.
Regular course-correct points to ensure alignment to vision.
